How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, open any product page, pick size and color (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in shipping and payment details, apply any promotional code, review the total, and confirm.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Payoneer. Payment is captured immediately when the order is placed.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 6 hours of order placement. Email contact@mapleedgecreationsllc.us with your order number as quickly as possible. After 6 hours, production has typically started and we cannot guarantee changes.
Will I be charged sales tax?
U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by state and local law.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Products & Quality
Are the designs original?
Every design in our catalog is created by our in-house team or licensed from independent artists with full commercial rights. We do not bootleg copyrighted brands, characters, bands, athletes, or franchises. If you believe a design infringes on rights you hold, please contact us through our DMCA Policy.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with chest, length, and (for some items) sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes, our general recommendation is to size up for a relaxed fit. Email us if you'd like a personalized sizing recommendation.
Are slight print or color variations normal?
Yes. Print-on-demand production produces small batch-to-batch variations in color tone, print placement, and fabric texture. These are not considered defects. Major defects — missing print, peeling, holes, mis-sized items — are always covered under our quality guarantee.
How should I care for my apparel?
Machine wash cold inside out with similar colors. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly over the print. Skip the bleach. Following these steps keeps colors vivid and prints intact for years.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the product. After that, standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping is available for 2 to 4 business days transit. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States, plus military APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.
My tracking says "delivered" but I can't find my package — what do I do?
Follow the steps in section 7 of our Shipping Policy. We will help open a carrier trace and, where appropriate, reship at no cost.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return something I just don't love?
Yes, as long as it's not personalized, is in original condition with tags attached, and you contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy.
How long does a refund take to appear?
Once approved, refunds typically post to your account within 5 to 10 business days. PayPal and Payoneer refunds tend to appear sooner. See our Refund Policy.
