Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time. Here's how.
1. Find Your Tracking Number
When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. The email is sent from contact@jftgloballlc.us with the subject line "Your The Pure Naturals order has shipped."
If you don't see it within 7 business days of ordering, please check your spam/junk folder and search for "The Pure Naturals" or your order number.
2. Track Your Package
Click the tracking link in the shipping email, or paste the tracking number into the carrier's tracking page:
- USPS: tools.usps.com
- UPS: ups.com/track
- FedEx: fedex.com/fedextrack
- DHL eCommerce: dhl.com
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier to scan the package into their system. If the status hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact the carrier first — they have the most accurate information.
3. Understand the Status
- Label created / Pre-shipment: the label has been printed but the package has not yet been picked up by the carrier. Normal — usually updates within 24–48 hours.
- In transit: the package is moving through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery: the package is on the truck and will arrive today.
- Delivered: the carrier has marked the package as delivered. Please check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors. If still missing, see our Shipping Policy section 7.
4. My Order Has Not Shipped Yet — Is That Normal?
Yes, every order is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days depending on the product. See estimated production times in our Shipping Policy.
5. Need Help?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or the carrier shows no movement for more than 5 business days, email us at contact@jftgloballlc.us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
